Michael Augello has been an Emergency Physician since 2005. As part of his career journey, he has been Director of Emergency Medicine training and completed a Master of Public Health. A generalist at heart, he has a particular interest in Global Emergency Medicine.

Lidia Samcewicz-Parham is currently an EM advanced trainee working at Footscray Hospital. She did her junior years at RMH before moving to Darwin in 2018. While initially the plan was to do two years of emergency before starting general practice training, Lidia was surprised by how much she enjoyed the dynamics of the ED. She liked it so much she signed up to ACEM in 2019. Lidia has been at Western Health since 2020 cycling through the Anaesthetics, Footscray and Sunshine EDs.
